Coretta was the wife of Martin Luther King, but it is also the name of this neo chic bistro nestled in the heart of Batignoles. It is the Mexican chief Beatrice Gonzales, former of La grande cascade and the Neva, who reigns on the furnaces, supported by her husband Jean-François Pantaleon, ex of Meurice, for a duet of shock. The frame is made of oak, cement tile, black granite and white marble and is illuminated by floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Martin Luther King Garden. The cuisine is modern and creative, and the menus change with the seasons. Lunch menu 24 €, dinner menus 33 or 39 €. Lise Lafaurie - 2018
