35 to 55 €  | Chef : Julien Duboué

Near the Opera district, A Noste is an ode to the native Southwest of young chef Julien Duboué. The establishment, elegant and contemporary, is divided literally into two rooms and two atmospheres. Upon our arrival, we are caught in a crazy and warm atmosphere worthy of the Southwest. The floor gives off a much more peaceful atmosphere. And for good reason ! The floor is for traditional dinners, as the ground floor is the tapas that is king! The link between the two spaces? The origin of the products! here, everything comes from the Landes or the Basque Country, or almost! You can enjoy foie gras, duck breast and smoked salmon from Maison Barthouil, in the Landes, and the famous pig from Eric Ospital, raised in the Basque Country. Tasty and exotic! Menu 29-38 € (noon) - 49-60 € (evening) - S.I - 2018 [AT]
